I highly recommend this real estate class to anyone looking to get their license! Billy was a great instructor and did an awesome job breaking down the material and explaining things in a way that was easy to understand. There’s a lot of information to learn, but I felt very well prepared going into the exams. I was able to pass both the National and State exams on my first try, which I think says a lot about how well the class prepared me. If you’re thinking about getting your real estate license, I would definitely recommend taking this class and learning from Billy!

I can’t recommend Spruce real estate enough Billy goes above and beyond. These tests are very hard and yes I have failed them. But I didn’t give up. I kept studying I do however recommend his book. The real estate law code bible it is really good it was the only way I could pass the West Virginia part. And his course is really awesome. Thank you soo much Billy I’m excited to start my career in Real Estate!!!!!!🏡
