All credit due to Spruce. I passed both my national and state licensing exams. Billy and the course material give you all the information and resources needed for the exams. If you are planning on getting licensed in West Virginia Spruce will get you there. The course content is easy to understand and the online platform is very user friendly. Getting into real estate was a career shift for me, and online classes are different than any education model I've ever participated in.
