A copy of your receipt is emailed to you automatically right after your purchase — you don't have to request it.
Who it comes from depends on how you paid:
Paid with a card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Afterpay, Cash App Pay, or Amazon Pay? Your receipt comes from Stripe, our card processor.
Paid with PayPal or Venmo? Your receipt comes from PayPal. (You don't need a PayPal account for this — they process it either way.)
Can't find it? Search your email for Stripe or PayPal, or search for the line item itself: Professional Services Tuition (WV Pre Sales License Course). And please check your spam folder — a ton of automated email ends up there.
Still nothing? Call us at 304-744-1286 between 9 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., or catch us on chat, and we'll get you a copy.
If you split your tuition into 4 payments with Klarna or Afterpay, they'll also email you their own payment schedule and a note each time an installment is charged. Those are separate from your purchase receipt — keep both. (See Can I make payments?)
Tax question?
If you would like to delve deeper into taxes, we often get asked around tax filing time for a 1098-T form. We don't provide a 1098-T, as we aren't an eligible post-secondary educational institution — we don't provide financial aid. Schools that qualify as an eligible post-secondary educational institution are recognized by the U.S. Department of Education, which we are not, and we aren't involved in those programs. Your tax specialist might be able to advise how the $558 expense ($550 tuition plus $8 shipping) might be documented, but as far as us providing forms, we have never done so for the reasons above.
