Yes. You can split your tuition into 4 interest-free payments at checkout — no loan, no application with us, and you get into the course the same day.
We use Klarna and Afterpay for this. (We used to point people at PayPal's "Pay Later." We don't anymore — Klarna and Afterpay do the same thing, and they're easier.)
The short version
Course total is $558 — $550 tuition plus $8 shipping for your textbook.
Split into 4 payments, that's about $139.50 today, then three more payments of $139.50, one every two weeks.
Paid off in about 6 weeks.
No interest. No fees as long as you pay on time.
Checking your options does not hurt your credit score.
You get your course login right away — you don't wait until it's paid off.
Using a promo code? The discount comes off first, so your four payments are smaller. Check Are there any discount codes? for the current one.
How to do it, step by step
Go to the enrollment page and click Enroll Now: sprucerealestateschool.com/online-classes
Type in your first name, last name, and email. That's the whole form.
Click the Pay in 4 with Klarna button or the Pay in 4 with Afterpay button. (If you click "Continue to payment" instead, that's fine — Klarna and Afterpay are both listed on the next screen too.)
Klarna or Afterpay takes over from there. They'll ask for a few things to verify who you are and run a quick check: your name, US address, date of birth, mobile phone number, and a US debit or credit card. Klarna may also ask for the last 4 digits of your SSN. You'll get a text with a verification code.
They approve or decline in seconds, and they'll show you your exact payment dates before you agree to anything. Read that screen — it's their contract, not ours.
Approve it. Your first payment of about $139.50 gets charged to your card right then.
You land back on our site, set your password, and you're in the course. Start on Unit 1 the same day.
The remaining three payments come off the same card automatically. You don't have to do anything, and you don't have to log into anything of ours to pay them.
Klarna or Afterpay — does it matter which one I pick?
For our course, they work almost identically. Pick whichever one you already have an account with, or whichever one approves you.

Credit check | Soft check (TransUnion). No score impact, other lenders can't see it. | Soft check. No hard pull, no minimum credit score. |

Pay it off early? | Yes, no penalty | Yes, no penalty |
Klarna sometimes offers extra choices on their screen — like paying the whole thing in 30 days, or a longer monthly plan. The longer monthly plans can carry interest. Pay in 4 is the interest-free one, so that's the one we point people to. Whatever Klarna offers you, the terms are on their screen before you agree.
One West Virginia note: Afterpay's longer "Pay Monthly" option isn't available in WV. Afterpay's Pay in 4 is, and that's what we're talking about here — so this doesn't affect you.
Will this hurt my credit?
No. Both companies use a soft credit check for Pay in 4. A soft check doesn't affect your credit score and other lenders can't see it. Neither one requires a minimum credit score, and there's no hard inquiry on your report.
Where it could hurt you is if you stop paying entirely and the balance goes to collections. Pay the four payments and nothing touches your credit.
What you need to qualify
Be at least 18
Live in the US (all 50 states and DC)
A US-issued debit or credit card
A real email address and a mobile number that can receive a text code
A US billing/mailing address
Approval isn't automatic. Klarna and Afterpay each decide on the spot based on their own criteria — how much is available on your card, whether you have other open plans with them, and how long you've used them. If one declines you, try the other. If both decline you, you can still pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App Pay, or Amazon Pay.
What if I miss a payment?
They'll email you and try the card again. If it fails again, the missed amount rolls into your next payment along with a late fee — up to $7 with Klarna, up to $8 with Afterpay (Afterpay gives you a 10-day grace period first). Late fees are capped at 25% of the order with both.
Two easy ways to avoid this: leave autopay on, and pay it off early if you get the money — neither company charges you a penny extra for paying ahead.
If something goes wrong with a payment, contact Klarna or Afterpay directly, not us. They hold the payment plan; we already got paid in full at checkout. Their help pages: Klarna customer service and Afterpay help.
All the ways you can pay us
Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Venmo, Klarna, Afterpay, Cash App Pay, and Amazon Pay. Paying in full is still the simplest and cheapest route — there's nothing extra to sign and nothing to keep track of.
