3. Background Check
Watch the following walkthrough video of how to file for your background check online. This will need to be done along with mailing in your State application from Step #2.
4. PSI Handbook
This is the handbook published by PSI, detailing what to expect on their test.
Look over this while you wait for PSI to contact you and set up your test date. They reach out via email so if you haven’t received an email from them shortly after completing steps #2 and #3, be sure to check your spam folder or other places so that you don’t miss it!
5. After Passing PSI
In order top get your license, the page linked to below needs to be printed, filled out, and mailed to the WVREC after you pass the licensing exam from PSI.
You will always want to send this in after passing. Do not wait or you will have to retest! Passing the exam doesn’t automatically issue the license.
