Our Mission
Spruce School of Real Estate exists to provide West Virginians pursuing entry-level real estate licensure with high-quality, accessible distance education that builds the knowledge, skills, professional judgment, and ethical foundation needed to begin a real estate career responsibly.
How We Fulfill Our Mission
We deliver West Virginia’s 90-hour pre-license course through structured online instruction designed around clear learning objectives and meaningful learning outcomes. Our curriculum focuses on the real estate principles, West Virginia law, and professional responsibilities students need to understand before entering the profession.
We support learners with qualified instruction, practical course activities, assessments that measure progress, timely guidance, and clear information about the licensing process. We believe students deserve direct answers, current state-specific material, and a course experience that respects their time and their goals.
We continuously evaluate our program against West Virginia Real Estate Commission requirements, ARELLO distance-education standards, and student feedback. We update content when the law changes, refine instruction based on results, and hold ourselves to the same professional standards we ask our students to learn.
Mission Statement Review
Spruce’s mission statement is reviewed and, if needed, updated annually to ensure it continues to reflect our commitment to West Virginia real estate education and to meet ARELLO and WVREC expectations.
